As we age, our self care routine should evolve with us to prioritize longevity and support well-being through every phase of life. Read on to learn more about what you should be prioritizing depending on your age! ↓

💫 In your 20s, prioritizing mobility and maintaining a healthy weight is critical for preventing heart disease later in life. Cryotherapy and compression therapy help support an active lifestyle and cardiovascular health.

💫 In your 30s, sleep and lowering stress levels takes precedent. Chronic lack of sleep adversely affects your brain structure and can speed up the aging process. Prioritize services that lower cortisol, improve sleep, and support cellular regeneration like float & led bed.

Your safety and well-being are our priority, so you can relax knowing your sauna is clean and ready for you every time. 💫

Unlike gyms or traditional spas, at Pause each sauna is located in a private suite. You have your own individual space along with 2 towels, one to lay down on the bench inside the sauna and clean towel to shower with after.

We use generous buffer periods and even begin the sterilization process while the guest prior is still in the room showering so there’s 20+ minutes between guests using the sauna.

The advanced technology of infrared heat is a disinfectant itself. Infrared radiation is effective in killing a variety of germs, bacteria, and pathogens. The WHO notes that bacteria are rapidly killed at temperatures above 149°F (65°C) and viruses die at 140°F. We keep our saunas above 160°F along with 100% full spectrum infrared wavelengths to ensure maximum benefits for the user and maintain a sterile environment at all times.

Our curated selection of cleaning agents effectively sanitize the space while avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals and carcinogens. We thoroughly clean all surfaces with the active ingredient hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a powerful disinfectant and decomposes into water and oxygen during evaporation making it safe for all users.

And on top of it all, we do weekly maintenance and deep cleaning outside of business hours to ensure no area is ever overlooked. 💙
