Although this picture is from when I hosted my very first event in 2019 in Wilson NC I was at the peak of finding my internal .
Internal freedom? Yes! Learning to love myself, understanding my vision, and my purpose, and being okay that I wasn't where I desired to be because my CALLING was for me to be somewhere else.
I struggled with acceptance pretty much all of my life. But the only person I should have and NOW seek acceptance from is myself and my God. I've learned to be okay with being on the outside or unknown to the happenings of the world because I was positioned elsewhere to do other things.
As U learn more about yourself and either journey to enhancing, restablishing, or simply restoring your world know that CHANGE BEGINS WITH U.

Its not selfish to want to be the best U, so that U can present the best to others when afforded the time and space.
But U are no good to anyone if U cannot be good to yourself in every way and it shouldn't come second to anything or anyone either.

Although there's no "RIGHT" time to exercise it's better to get it out the way early morning to feel accomplished and feel energized to start your day.

My physique did not happen by chance it happened with consistency, discipline, and a change in my mindset.

Now οΏΌeach and every day I speak positive over my life, and to ensure that my energy reflects what I want from the outside that includes the environment and the people I surround myself with.

I know it seems like U can't get the weight off but remember it didn't come over night.
As we age it doesn't come off as fast either so U have to remember patience and discipline.

In order to get to your next U have to FINISH One thing and then go on to your next! Starting and stopping wonβt help U it will only keep U in the same space and place U were yesterday, the day before, and the day before that. Keep going!
One of the ways that I was able to change the look of my legs was through walking lunges with heavy weight. Walking lunges strengthen not only the legs but glutes, hips, and core. Next time it's leg day add 3 to 4 sets 10 steps out and 10 back in THAT EQUALS ONE SET ummhmm! Now let me see U walk. Walk walk!

If U read some of the comments for him on his page to change up his moves, the moves are old, they are tired. He says βNo because there are still millions of people who havenβt seen them and canβt do them!β So why change something because U learned it what about the others who havenβt? So π listenβ¦.. For those of U out there not going after your dreams because many others have done it or doing it THERES ALWAYS SOMEONE WHO HASNβT! Or trying to change what WORKS to fit in! Thatβs the exact way to NOT FIT IN! If itβs not broke donβt fix it! Donβt change it! Keep going because anything can work for U! They can duplicate the moves, the product, the style whatever but they canβt do it like U! Itβs go time! Happy Friday!!!!!! @the_dancing_trucker

How many times will U try something before U quit??? So many of us will feel like we tried enough and we are done but that last try solidifies that all U needed was to get the technique right or the strategy or understand the system. But the point is U GOT IT! Yes, we all want it to work on the first try but life doesnβt work that way. The first second and third time is usually hardest and when we are learning something different and we have to understand what we are doing before we get it right. Stay focused on the goal! Like me after my team laughing at me and 30 tries to throw this ax, the last try IT STUCK!!!! #keepgoing #UncoveringTheNewU #CoachNesi #changebeginswithU
Have U ever been faced with a health scare that the doctor said, "No No U can't do this or not going to ever do that again?" Yeah like many of us this could be reason why we do not go to the doctor's office like we should. We do not want to hear what we cannot do and that the health concerns we have are irreversible. I am no medical doctor and do not ever want to be one; that is not my lane. However, when I was injured and the doctor told me that I would never run again and he was going to medically board me from the Army, I asked for a second opinion! After one review he was ready to take at that time 17 years away from me! Hell no!! I wanted someone else to look at me before I just trusted him and said okay! Why do we not challenge our health providers to fight for us? Seek more holistic regiments besides a bag of pills and needles? In this episode let's discuss why its important to fight for our health!
