Give yourself an opportunity to win by simply trying each and every day. Trying cost U nothing except a little bit of your time and that’s something that we cannot get back even if we had millions of dollars.

Unfortunately , we are on borrowed time and that time can be short or it can be long and if U are like me, I really don’t care to think this way, but that’s the reality.

I encourage U to take the opportunity to take one step closer to getting healthy, one step closer to clearing your mind one step closer to getting happy and one step closer to daily self-care and living .

 no one can do it for us and its not something that results happen over night.

In the year of 2024 I want to encourage U to at least take the first step. if U don’t want to do better for yourself then at least do it for those that love U.

I gave myself the opportunity to rest yesterday. I laid in bed as long as I needed to feel some type of normalcy.

Since the beginning of October I've been nonstop. Even my weekends have been on overload.

I am always telling my clients to SIT DOWN and so i had to take my own advice...

It wasn't intentional to get this tired or exhausted but when U are goal oriented u don't realize it until your body starts to make decisions for u.

Remember U can't be good to anyone if u aren't good to yourself.

Back at it today 💪🏽

If U are not sure where to start, I suggest making small goals U can build on like:

-exercising 4 days a week,
-getting at least 6 hours of sleep,
-eating 3 nutritious meals each day

U will build up to more as U grow however starting is the key!

Walking is effective for weight & fat loss! Now listen a daily stroll isn’t going to just cut it.

Add one or more of these:

*incline if on a treadmill
*speed walk (pumping arms and all)
* leg,arm, or hand weights or just one or the other
* log 10,000 steps or more
