Please just keep your heart and mind clear before going to bed. I am learning that if U worry in your sleep U think and dream of the very thing that is on your mind.
U truly never rest. U wake up tired and looking for the next coffee, energy drink, soda, or sweet candy for some energy. Knowing that type of energy is short-lived. Nothing is better than energy from good sleep.
I know it is easier said than done to NOT worry. U want your life to be better, your job to pay U more, the relationship to work, want true love, want your babies to succeed, and so much more.
But baby U have to let your mind rest. The way U worry nothing will ever get done, fixed, or solved.
Love yourself enough to allow it to rest until U can change it until a conclusion is made, until the separation happens, close your eyes breathe wipe the tear out of your eye, and sleep.
We can try again tomorrow to see what more we can do...
Good night friend, I promise it will get better when I can't tell U but I know it will.
