So here's the thing, there are times when it would be appropriate to add essential oils to water to ingest. But you need to ask yourself, "What am I doing?" "What condition am I treating?" "How much is too much?" and, most importantly, "Do I fully respect the chemical concentration of this oil?"
Adding oils simply to flavor your water is not a good reason to do this. Repeated use of oils this way may wear away our enamel and cause gastrointestinal irritation. And really has virtually NO BENEFIT at all.
Ingesting oils this way is internal oral usage that falls under the category of Aromatic Medicine. Unless you are trained in this or under the direction of a true Clinical Aromatherapist trained in this branch (and no, not all certified aromatherapists are), we highly recommend you DO NOT use oils this way.

The full moon is arriving on the 17th of April, Easter Sunday. Get prepared to make your moon water to revive you for the month ahead. If you’ve never tried it, perhaps now is a good opportunity to see what it’s like.

There are so many beneficial ways to use moon water:

🌙 Drink it - one of the best ways to feel the immediate effects of the beautiful energy from the moon. If I am to do this, I make sure I protect the water from any insects with a muslim cloth or cling wrap.

🌙 Cleanse your crystals - this is a must for your precious crystals. They love moon water, especially if its rain water too 😄

🌙 Use it the next time you’re making a room spray blend with your essential oils. Please remember this water is alive, so you need to add a preservative, like vodka, witch hazel or alcohol.

🌙 Bath in it - fully immerse yourself in the moon’s energy. I love to add it to a relaxing bath, add some extra crystals and essential oils for the full experience.
