Developed by Dr. Julie Cerel at the University of Kentucky, CODE RED is a research-supported program that helps people create a personal plan for managing difficult times before a mental health crisis occurs.

CODE RED is for everyone—not only those who are currently at risk. Just as we prepare for other emergencies, we can prepare for our mental health “worst day.”

Join us to create your own mental health roadmap and learn how to better support yourself and others.
