Dawn came to Marion Rehabilitation due to increased left foot pain and an infection that made everyday activities challenging. Her goals were to improve her strength and learn to safely perform functional mobility tasks while maintaining non-weight-bearing precautions on her left leg.
Through the dedication and support of Marion Rehabilitation’s outstanding therapy team, Dawn made meaningful progress toward her goals. Following her rehabilitation stay, she reports being able to move with decreased assistance from caregivers.
Dawn had wonderful things to say about her experience, stating, “I could not have asked for a better therapy team!”
Now, Dawn is looking forward to returning home to her husband and enjoying her favorite hobbies with greater independence.

Marilyn came to Marion Rehabilitation experiencing lower back pain and decreased strength that made daily activities challenging. Her goals were to improve her strength and reduce pain so she could return to enjoying her daily life.
Through the compassionate care and dedication of Marion Rehabilitation’s amazing therapy team, Jessica, Megan, and Linda, Marilyn made significant progress. Following her rehabilitation stay, she reports improved strength and stability, along with decreased lower back pain.
Marilyn is excited to return home and get back to living life to the fullest! She expresses her gratitude for the kindness and support of the therapy team and enthusiastically recommends Marion Rehabilitation to her friends and family.

For nearly 47 incredible years, Carol has been a dedicated and compassionate member of our team, making a lasting difference in the lives of countless residents, families and colleagues. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care, genuine kindness and loyalty have made her an invaluable part of our Marion Rehabilitation family.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her sisters and friends, enjoying Mexican food and margaritas, relaxing with her beloved cats and appreciating the great outdoors!

Nearly 36 years of service is an extraordinary accomplishment and we are incredibly grateful for the compassion, dedication and heart Carol brings to our facility every day.

Brockton Jordan came to Marion Rehabilitation for skilled therapy services following a decline in strength and functional mobility related to sepsis secondary to cellulitis and a heel ulcer, which contributed to a fall.
Through dedication, hard work, and perseverance, Brockton made meaningful progress in therapy, improving his stability, strength, and functional mobility. We are proud to share that Brockton successfully returned home with increased safety and independence.
