I love seeing women’s health continue to move in the right direction!

For far too long, women navigating perimenopause and menopause have been told their symptoms are “normal,” that they’re too young to be experiencing hormonal changes, or that they simply need to learn to live with them.

The reality is that perimenopause can begin years before menopause, and the symptoms can significantly impact a woman’s sleep, mood, energy, relationships, and overall quality of life.

As a women’s health provider, I see firsthand how much these hormonal changes can affect women, often during some of the busiest years of their lives.

I’m encouraged to see ACOG and national media bringing more attention to evidence-based treatment options and the importance of individualized care.

Women deserve more than being told their labs are normal or that this is just part of getting older. They deserve to be heard, educated, and offered real solutions.

We still have work to do in women’s healthcare, but conversations like these are a step in the right direction! ❤️

For the first time since 2014, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists has updated its guidelines for the treatment of symptoms commonly associated with menopause.

Why Ageless Health + Medspa Was Created ❤️

Ageless Health + Medspa was created with one mission in mind: to change the way women experience healthcare.

For too long, women have felt unheard, rushed through appointments, or told that what they’re experiencing is simply a normal part of aging.

We wanted to create something different.

A place where women feel heard, supported, educated, and empowered to take control of their health.

We believe that true wellness goes far beyond treating symptoms or managing a diagnosis. It’s about caring for the whole person — physically, mentally, emotionally, and hormonally.

Knowledge is power! 🧬💗

I absolutely love being able to offer this type of genetic testing to my patients!

With a family history of breast cancer, I personally chose to undergo genetic testing. It was incredibly reassuring to learn that I tested negative for pathogenic variants in not only the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, but also the other 79 genes included in my panel!

Having access to this information allows us to make more informed decisions about our health and be proactive about our future.

Knowledge empowers us to take control of our health, and I love being able to provide that opportunity to my patients! 💕
