Good Morning Beautiful Souls!

Join us this Thursday for some high vibes with your favorite healing tribe!

This week we will be looking at the "mother wound" which can leave us with issues of inadequacy, depression, codependency, substance misuse, & anxiety. For some, this may be trauma involving mothers and even being a mom. The mother wound is a wound with life itself. Deeply rooted beliefs that you're alone in the world or unloved, and unworthy of care. We will use the power of frequency & meditation to go inside and nurture that mother wound and the inner child who may need some love.

Good Morning Beautiful Souls!

There's not much we have control over in this life. However, we do have control of ourselves. Our actions and reactions.

Today, control how you respond to things. Ground yourself. Choose to pause. Attract don't chase!

Have the amazing day you deserve!

L&L,
J
