If a muscle always feels tight, stretching it more may not be the only answer. Sometimes that feeling of tightness can be your body’s way of protecting an irritated or sensitive area. 💪🏻‼️

If something keeps feeling tight no matter how much you stretch, it may be worth talking with a physical therapist.
