Hi! Heidi here. ❤️
I wanted to share this picture with you, tell you a quick story, and express my gratitude to all of you.
The last six weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind for our family. If you don’t know much about Mike and me, we lovingly refer to our family as the Czerkes Circus (it rhymes!) because there are A LOT of us. We have six kids, and when they were younger, it very much looked like a clown car unloading whenever we arrived somewhere.
Chaos is our norm, but September and October have been extra chaotic. Buying Aquapodics wasn’t part of the 2026 plan, and these two months were already packed with previously scheduled commitments, including trips and surgical procedures out of town.
Through it all, you’ve been so patient and friendly as we’ve learned the ropes at the pod suite while juggling those commitments and some pretty unusual scheduling limitations. Thank you so much for that!
Tonight, as I was gathering the laundry from the pod suite to wash tomorrow, I couldn’t stop laughing.
You see, when my oldest was a pr***en, they looked at my laundry routine (with eight of us, I did laundry every single day!) and said, “Mom, when you write your memoir someday, it’s going to be called Man, That’s a Lot of Laundry!"
Looking at this overflowing laundry basket tonight, I laughed at the memory of my child's comment, and felt so incredibly grateful for all of you who have welcomed us so warmly.
Because, y’all. 😂
I did laundry for the pod suite on FRIDAY. As in, just a couple of days ago.
And here we are, with an overflowing basket after just three days of floats and SaLT room sessions! Man, That’s a Lot of Laundry!
So many of you have come through our doors, and I can’t tell you how much that means to us. Thank you for being so incredibly supportive as we’ve transitioned into ownership at Aquapodics. We’re so grateful to be here, and you’ve made these first six weeks feel pretty special.
Over the last six weeks, many of you have taken the time to sit and chat with us about what you hope to see at Aquapodics. We’ve listened, and some of those conversations have already led to changes, including the addition of the sauna and red light therapy, our size-inclusive robes, and new membership options.
And tonight, we’re adding another option you’ve asked us about multiple times: more flexibility in float session lengths!
You can now book 30-, 45-, or 60-minute float sessions.
I want to be transparent with you: These are trial options. I’d love to keep offering a variety of session lengths, but I also need to make sure shorter sessions are sustainable for us on the business side.
So, if you’ve been wanting to try a shorter float, please go ahead and book an appointment! Your bookings will help us understand what you’re looking for and give us valuable insight as we continue developing our services and policies.
Thank you, truly, for the support, patience, and warm welcome you’ve shown us. We’re learning, growing, and figuring things out as we go, and it’s been an amazing six weeks.
And that’s all because of you.
- Heidi
