🤣💙 After hours shenanigans at Be Well!
Some families go home and watch movies. Ours apparently likes to hang out at the wellness studio! 😂
A little vibration plate fun, some Compression Rx for Emmie's achy legs after gymnastics practice, and of course, we couldn't leave without relaxing in the AquaVive massage chairs!
Nothing fancy, just a little family bonding, lots of giggles, and some much needed recovery time.
Who knew hanging out at work after hours could be this much fun?! 🤣💙

💙 MEET THE STAFF MONDAY: ALICIA EDITION! 💙
Well, I suppose it's finally my turn! 😂❤️
Hi, I'm Alicia! Although if you hear the kids yelling “Licia!” around Be Well, they're probably looking for me!
I've actually been around since the very beginning, even if you don't see me downstairs as often as everyone else. I work full time outside of Be Well, but I still sneak in whenever I can to help out, visit, or just spend time with some of my favorite people. ❤️
A little about me! I'm a huge animal lover, and I have a cat of my own. 🐱 When I'm not working, I'm usually spending time with family, hanging out with the kids, loving on whatever animals are around, or finding something to keep myself busy. Sitting still has never really been my specialty. 😂
And if you ever catch me downstairs after hours, there's a good chance I'm cleaning with the music turned up like I'm performing my own private concert. 🎶🤣
But my favorite thing about Be Well has nothing to do with the equipment, the posts, or the work that goes on behind the scenes.
It's the people. ❤️
Somewhere along the way, these people became my family. They've loved me through good days and hard ones, made me laugh when I needed it most, and given me a place where I never have to pretend to be anyone but myself.
I think that's what makes Be Well so special to me. It's not just somewhere people come to feel better physically. It's somewhere I hope everyone feels welcomed, cared about, and like they belong.
I may not have everything figured out in life, but I know how lucky I am to be surrounded by people who love me just as I am. And getting to be even a small part of something Rachel has built with so much heart means more to me than I can explain. 🥹❤️
So there's a little bit about the girl behind some of those silly posts and flyers! 😂
If you see me downstairs, please say hi! I promise I'm friendly, probably a little awkward at first, and always happy to meet another member of our Be Well family. 💙

Behind these walls are hours of hard work, helping hands, a few headaches, plenty of laughs, and people who showed up simply because they cared.
From measuring and moving things around (probably more times than we'd like to admit 😂), to cleaning, decorating, and figuring out all the little details, this room truly took a village.
And the best part? Watching everyone come together and fill a space we've worked so hard on with love, laughter, and peaceful moments. ❤️
To every single person who gave their time, lent a hand, offered an idea, or helped bring this little dream to life, we hope you know how much you mean to us.
It's still a work in progress, but that's part of what makes it ours.
We didn't just put together another room at Be Well. We created another space for people to come together, slow down, and feel welcome.
And we couldn't have done it without our people. Thank you for being part of every step. 💙
