🎃 OUR 4TH ANNUAL ALL-INCLUSIVE TRUNK OR TREAT! 👻🧡

We are SO excited to bring back one of our favorite community events for the 4th year!

At Kendall Behavioral Solutions, we believe Halloween should be something every child can enjoy. Our All-Inclusive Trunk or Treat was created to provide a fun, welcoming environment for children of all abilities and their families.

❤️ No judgment.
🎃 No expectations.
🧩 Sensory support
👻 Costumes or no costumes.
🍬 Just a community where everyone belongs.

This year, we also want to make this event an opportunity for families to CONNECT.

📣 We are inviting organizations and family resources from ALL across the Ohio Valley to join us!

If your organization supports children or families in our area — disability services, therapies, schools, healthcare, mental/behavioral health, family support, recreation, nonprofits, first responders, community programs, or anything in between — we would love to have you set up a trunk!

Bring some candy, decorate your trunk, share information about what you offer, and spend an hour connecting with Ohio Valley families. ❤️

Calling all Belmont County Families! We need your support on Monday, September 28th, at 9:00am. If your family ever received supports provided by the Board of DD, please show up!

KBS has been a partner with the Board of DD for 11 years, and we have been able to help hundreds of families get quality services in our community!

Today was a day of learning, collaboration, and growth for KBS! 💙

Our team had the opportunity to spend the day with the wonderful Behavioral Team at Nationwide Children’s Hospital as we continue working toward an exciting new collaboration.

Today’s training focused on Motivational Interviewing—learning new ways to have meaningful conversations, meet people where they are, support their autonomy, and help individuals identify their own motivation for positive change.

What we especially love about this approach is how broadly it can impact the work we do. These skills will not only strengthen the support we provide to our clients, but also the way we partner with parents, families, caregivers, educators, and the many professionals and communities we serve.

At KBS, we believe that continuing to learn makes us better clinicians, better collaborators, and ultimately better supports for the people who trust us.

A huge thank you to the Nationwide Children’s Behavioral Team for sharing their knowledge with us today. We are incredibly excited about what this collaboration can bring and what comes next! 💙

💙 Want to know why KBS is the Best Company to Work For?

These pictures pretty much say it all. ❤️

At KBS, we work hard — but we also laugh. A LOT. We celebrate together. We show up for our community together. We get soaked at water days, dress up, act ridiculous, attend events, cheer each other on and somehow turn coworkers into some of our favorite people.

But what makes this team special goes so much deeper than the fun pictures.

Our team supports one another on the difficult days. They jump in when someone needs help. They celebrate each other’s successes. They love our kiddos and families fiercely. And they bring their own personalities, talents and hearts to KBS every single day.

We’ve always wanted KBS to be a place where people can love the work they do without having to sacrifice enjoying the people they do it with.

Are we perfect? Absolutely not. 😂
Are we occasionally a little chaotic? Definitely.
Would we trade this crew? Not a chance. 💙
