This Thursday we’re throwing it back to the same day I wore my “Bikini” division bottoms backwards 😆
I also competed in the first ever “Transformation” division offered at the Washington State Natural show and was blessed to be awarded 1st Place! 🥹
Now, I didn’t start my fitness journey knowing where it would take me.
I simply knew I wanted to change the way I approached nutrition and training—so I did what I tell my clients to do..I invested in myself and hired coaches. 👭
I started. I learned. I struggled. I grew. And then..COVID hit! 😷
My first bodybuilding competition was postponed..and postponed..and postponed..and postponed again!
What I thought would be a journey to the stage became a 2 1/2 year journey of continuous setbacks, patience, discipline, and learning.
But looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing! 💖
Along the way I met incredible coaches, competitors, friends, and people who challenged me to become stronger—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally! 🥹💞
And somewhere in the middle of that long, winding journey, I discovered something bigger…
🔥 My calling to COACH! 🔥
I realized there are SO many people who want to improve their health but simply don’t know where to start.
They don’t understand macros.
They’re overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice.
They don’t know what exercises to do.
I GET IT! Because I was once the person who didn’t know everything I know now.
My journey to the stage wasn’t just about earning a bodybuilding trophy or a Pro card.
It taught me how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who can provide guidance, accountability, education, encouragement, and support.
And THAT is what ultimately led me to where I am today! 🥰
What started as a desire to change MY lifestyle became a passion for helping OTHERS change theirs!
✨The delays weren’t wasted time.
✨The setbacks weren’t wasted effort.
✨The people I met weren’t accidents.
✨The journey was preparing me for something bigger.
Sometimes the path we think we’re supposed to take leads us somewhere completely different—and infinitely more meaningful!
And I’m incredibly grateful that my journey led me here! 🙌🏻
