And THIS is why I love what I do!

Mobility is independence. 💪

Whether you’re 30, 50, or 77 and still planning to work until 80, keeping your body moving matters!

My 1:1 Assisted Stretching Sessions are designed to help improve flexibility, increase range of motion, relieve muscle tension, and keep you doing the things you love.

You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to do yoga. You just have to show up…I’ll do the stretching!

🧘‍♀️ 60 minutes — $100
🧘‍♀️ 90 minutes — $125
