Ask the people in my house and they will tell you I’m either humming or singing most of the time. I seem to have a perpetual song running along with all of the other “tabs” of information my brain has open at any given time. Along with the things listed below, I find that humming helps me with focus, because it’s a wonderful anchor to the present moment. 🎶⚓️✨

Hearing our own unique pitch/tone and feeling the vibrations our voice makes in our body really is our own personal sound healing magic! 🤩💖🎶

All I wanted to hear last week was water sounds and music and it continues into this week. I gave birth to my baby girl 20 years ago this coming weekend and this time always feels so powerful in my body and soul every single year. ✨

I honor the sacred waters that flow throughout the earth, nourishing all life, whose sound heals the soul. I honor the sacred waters within me that hold space for deep emotions and the alchemy of creation in all forms. May I always remember to flow. 💖🌊✨

Happy Thursday, friends! We are heading into a new moon weekend, with the energy of Libra on Saturday. Consider tuning into the energy of balance and cooperation and not rushing into anything big, just quietly planting seeds for the future. 🌑♎️⚖️💖✨

Join me for an all new offering at Pura Vida Wellness Studio! 🪷

Yindalini is a blend of energetic Kundalini and restful Yin practices. It begins with mantra, mudra, and movement to ignite our inner fire and connect with our inner wisdom before transitioning to deep Yin relaxation with passive stretching and introspection, followed by a restful savasana.

Come spend an hour connecting with your mind, body, and spirit! ✨
