🌊 Tuesday, October 6 | Sound Bath Under the Sea at the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores | 5:30pm | $30
Sink beneath the surface for an immersive evening of sound inside the Ocean Gallery at the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Settle in while crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing frequencies fill the space as sharks, rays, fish, and other marine life move quietly through the water around you.
🌌 Friday, October 9 | Sound Bath Under the Stars at Ellis Planetarium | 6:00pm | $30
Join Sacred Shell Healing inside Ellis Planetarium in Kinston for an immersive sound bath beneath a live view of the night sky. As the stars move overhead, you’ll settle in for an hour of crystal singing bowls, chimes, meditation, and deep relaxation beneath the cosmos. Please bring a head pillow, blanket, or anything else you need to get comfortable while looking up at the stars.

Sacred Shell Healing is heading to Goldsboro for Art in the Park! Come spend the day supporting real art by real people, local makers, creatives, and small businesses. I’ll be offering mini sound healing sessions throughout the event:

Our grief gatherings offer a gentle space to talk, listen, reflect, and be with others who understand that loss can take many forms. You are welcome whether you are grieving a person, relationship, identity, dream, season of life, or version of yourself. No pressure to share more than you are comfortable sharing. You are welcome exactly as you are. These Groups include Yoga Nidra paired with a Sound Bath.

“There’s a little witch in all of us.” For one night, The Turtle’s Cove is stepping straight into a little Practical Magic. Dress as witchy as your heart desires and join us for an evening centered around reconnecting with your intuition, personal power, and the magic already living within you.
We’ll settle into an immersive sound bath while focusing on channeling our inner magic, strengthening our sense of self, and remembering that sometimes the most powerful magic is simply coming home to yourself.
And everyone will leave with their own protection charm bag to carry a little piece of the evening with them. 🔮🌿🕯️

🌑 Friday, October 30 | Samhain Sound Bath: Honoring Our Ancestors & Pets | 6:00pm | $40
As October comes to a close, we’ll gather for one of the most intentional evenings of the month. Samhain has long been associated with remembrance, reflection, and honoring those who came before us. For this gathering, you are invited to bring a photograph, keepsake, name, or small item representing a loved one or beloved pet who has passed to place on our community altar. We’ll begin by creating sacred space for remembrance, followed by a 45 minute sound bath and closing honoring ritual.
This evening is not about sadness alone. It is about love, memory, ancestry, connection, and making space for the ones whose presence continues to shape us even after they are gone.
🐢 And throughout October, The Turtle’s Cove remains your Coastal Whimsigoth escape from the outside world. Settle into a zero gravity chair beneath floating jellyfish, celestial details, fairy lights, vines, and a cozy weighted blanket while sound surrounds you.
Please note that Sacred Shell Healing will also be out of office October 2–4 and October 14–18.
I’ll be stepping away October 15–18 for a Goddess Retreat in the mountains of Virginia and returning refreshed, grounded, and hopefully carrying even more knowledge and inspiration into this space. 🌿
