Looking back, I realize it was never just about building a stronger body—it was about building a stronger mind, deeper faith, and unwavering discipline.

Every year is another opportunity to grow, to learn, and to become the person God created me to be. I’m grateful for every challenge, every lesson, and every blessing that has shaped my journey.

Here’s to another year of purpose, health, faith, and becoming even better than yesterday.
