Did you know? If you or a loved one receives home care services in Texas, you have the right to choose your provider agency. You are never forced to stay with an agency where you don't feel comfortable, and you can request a transfer at any time.

⚠️ Know your rights: No agency or attendant should ever offer you money, gifts, or favors to stay with them or to switch to them. Offering rewards to Medicaid clients to choose a provider is not allowed and is against the law.
