🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

Today marks the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to honor survivors, support those currently facing breast cancer, remember loved ones we've lost, and raise awareness about the importance of early detection.

Knowledge is powerful. Understanding your risk factors, knowing the signs and symptoms, and staying current with recommended screenings can make a meaningful difference. This month, we encourage everyone to prioritize their health, have conversations with family and friends, and learn more about breast cancer prevention and detection.

We're also proud to support breast cancer awareness through our Breast Cancer Awareness Month t-shirt fundraiser! By purchasing a shirt, you're helping spread awareness throughout our community while showing support for those affected by breast cancer.

👕 Order your shirt here: https://stores.inksoft.com/mcfh_cancer_awareness

Together, we can spread awareness, offer support, and promote proactive healthcare in our community.

If you have questions about breast cancer, your personal risk, or screening recommendations, reach out to your primary care provider to discuss what's right for you.

💗 Follow along throughout October as we share breast cancer facts, resources, and information to help educate and empower our community.

Kids can’t always tell us when something isn’t quite right with their nutrition. Changes in eating habits, growth, energy levels and activity can all be signs that they may need additional support.

If you notice any of these signs in your child, ask about their nutrition. Early support can help make sure they’re getting the nutrients they need to grow, develop and thrive.

Call 620-241-2251, ext. 179 for more information about our nutrition services.
