Your next conversation could help someone feel they belong.

Inclusion starts when we take time to connect. Speak directly to the person, give them time to respond, and welcome the way they communicate. A shared interest or a simple hello can be the beginning of a friendship.

At IMPACT of Oregon, we support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building connections and participating in community life.

Make an IMPACT today: start a conversation, listen, and get to know someone.

What helps you feel welcome when meeting someone new? 💬
