Sometimes this game we play just sucks. Second bisque firing in as many days and the second time I've opened the lid to find my huge octopus vase holder has blown to smithereens. Ah well, time to get the hammer for some therapy

This guy is 4-5 inches taller than the last 2 I did of his kind. Let me tell you, I'm not sure I'm letting this one go. I had to rebuild his legs 3 times over. After the second time, I almost gave up on him. This is a new clay and it does not build as well as the last one I used for these bigger builds. So far, I'm more stubborn but we are far from the end
