CeCe has been a Direct Care Worker with MPEC since we opened our doors in 2015. Over the years, she has worked tirelessly to help make MPEC what it is today. As a valued member of our Leadership Team and our Lead DCW, CeCe takes her responsibilities seriously. She assists with staff training, transportation, weekly huddles, and—most importantly—models the behaviors, expectations, and MPEC Way for those around her.

When it comes to her care area and the children entrusted to her, you can rest assured that each child is cared for, protected, and loved every single day. CeCe is an advocate for both our patients and her team, and she is never afraid to speak up when something needs attention.

We have been WORKKKKING and having a ball over here at MPEC.. So much so that we completely spaced and did not share with our followers who won Employee of the Quarter for the months of April-May-June 2026!!

Brittany Schroeder has been with our company for several years as a Registered Nurse. Recently, she stepped out of her comfort zone and took over an interim Director of Nursing position while the DON was on maternity leave. She showed excellent leadership skills along with the ability to problem solve and think ahead for our company. She always lends a hand when her coworkers need help and is not afraid to step into roles she doesn't normally function in for the good of the work environment. She is a patient advocate and an employee advocate who always thinks about others before herself.

We are thankful to have you Brittany and appreciate all of your hard work while Lauren was with her baby. Congratulations!!!

Giving a shout out to our Director of Transportation, Jacqueline Warren-Rush on earning her Masters of Science in Psychology from Colorado Christian University!!

At MPEC, we support growth in all avenues! We want our employees to elevate to new potentials and set their goals to be bigger than they could ever imagine. Continuing education is HUGE and it expands the employees knowledge and professionalism.

Two of our MPEC mammas graduated nursing school this week!

Going back to school is HARD for anyone.. throw a kiddo in the mix and it’s especially hard. NOW put a kiddo in the mix with special needs or a medically fragile diagnosis… that’s diving into SUPER WOMAN territory!

We had two little loves graduate from PPEC services this month!

This is always so bittersweet! Our babies come to us needing medical care and monitoring. Some stay with us for a long long time and never grow out of needing us. Then you have kiddos like these little guys that conquer their diagnosis’ and are able to soar far above the clouds. ❤️

We are so proud of them and we wish you the best! Mpec will always be your family and be here to cheer you on as you grow! See you later! 😘
