I truly feel so honored. Being in practice for less than 7 months and already being recognized like this by the community I grew up in is so special to me.

What makes this even more special isn’t the recognition, but knowing that behind this are the wins we get to celebrate with our patients every day. That’s why this is so meaningful to me. We really do chiropractic different over here 🤍

As a Webster Certified chiropractor, we use pregnancy-specific techniques to support moms. We also have pregnancy pillows to make getting adjusted as comfortable as possible, even as your belly grows!

A new chapter for Centered Chiropractic is coming SOON✨

I am SO excited to officially share that Centered Chiropractic and Wellness is moving and growing into a space of our own!

We’re looking forward to opening our doors later this fall or early winter 2026. There’s still A LOT to do before we’re ready, but we’ll be taking you along for the entire process. We’ll continue our normal operations in our current place for now.

I have so many things planned for this space that I can’t wait to share with you! Any guesses of what they could be? 👀

Pediatric chiropractic care is gentle, specific, and designed for little bodies.

Tiny nervous systems have big responsibilities, from feeding and sleeping to growth and development. That’s why supporting healthy nervous system function early on matters.

Common reasons babies visit our office:
• Tension and discomfort
• Colic, reflux, or constipation
• Feeding and latching challenges
• Torticollis or head preference to one side
• Sleep difficulty
• Wellness care
