Where does your sciatic nerve pain scream the loudest?

Your glute? The back of your thigh? Behind your knee? Or does it travel into your lower leg or foot?

The location of your symptoms matters.

Pain around the back or outside of the knee can have several causes, including irritation involving the common fibular nerve. The source deserves a closer look rather than assuming every symptom is coming from the same place.

Chronic low back pain can involve more than the muscles you feel hurting.

I assess the femoral nerve pathway through the psoas region for adhesions that may be contributing to your symptoms.

That knot between your shoulder blade and spine keeps coming back for a reason.

If your work requires hours of reaching, positioning your arms in front of you, or performing repetitive upper-body movements, you may be familiar with that persistent ache between your shoulder blade and spine.

You stretch. You get the knots worked on. You may feel temporary relief, but the same discomfort keeps returning.

The dorsal scapular nerve supplies the rhomboid muscles and the levator scapulae. In my upper-body examinations, I assess the nerve pathways and surrounding tissues for adhesions that may be contributing to restricted movement and persistent pain.

Adhesion Release Methods goes beyond chasing the spot where you feel the pain.

The assessment helps identify the restrictions involved so treatment can be directed at the areas contributing to your symptoms.

What happens when your hands are how you make a living… and they stop cooperating?

When gripping becomes painful.

When numbness interferes with your work.

When you’re worried about how long you can keep doing your job.

And now you’re considering carpal tunnel surgery, with recovery time that could take you away from work.

Before you make that decision, here’s a question worth asking:

Has anyone assessed your median nerve farther up your arm?

The median nerve travels from your upper arm, through your forearm, and into your hand.

At Idaho Pain & Adhesion Therapy, I assess the nerve pathway and look for adhesions that may be restricting nerve mobility, including near the brachialis between the biceps and triceps.

Because where you feel the symptoms may not tell the whole story.

Shoulder pain that keeps coming back?

The cause may involve more than your rotator cuff or tight shoulder muscles.

Adhesions around the neurovascular sleeve in the axilla (armpit) may contribute to restricted movement and recurring symptoms.

Does this look like you?
* Shoulder pain that keeps returning
* Tightness through the armpit
* Discomfort reaching overhead
* Symptoms extending into the arm

If you’ve been stretching and strengthening your shoulder but the pain keeps coming back, it may be time to investigate what else could be contributing.

Adhesion Release Methods focuses on identifying and addressing adhesions that may contribute to your symptoms.

Shoulder pain that keeps coming back?

You’ve stretched it. Strengthened it. Maybe you’ve even been told it’s your rotator cuff.

If you’ve been dealing with shoulder pain for 6 months or longer and still haven’t found lasting relief, I want to look at what may be restricting the area.

Adhesion around the neurovascular sleeve, beneath the pec, can contribute to shoulder pain, tightness, pain reaching overhead, and symptoms into the arm.

You can keep stretching and strengthening, but if there’s a restriction in the tissue, you may be missing what’s actually keeping you stuck.

I don’t heal people. I remove what’s restricting the body so it can heal itself.

I’m here. I’m ready to help. Are you ready?

HEADACHES THAT
KEEP COMING BACK?

It may not just be stress
or tight neck muscles.

ADHESION CAN RESTRICT
THE OCCIPITAL NERVES.

These nerves travel from the
upper neck and base of the skull
into the scalp.

When restricted, they can contribute to:

• Pain at the base of the skull
• Aching or burning into the scalp
• Neck tension with headaches
• Recurring headaches

So if you keep stretching your neck
or working on the base of your skull...
you may be missing the restriction
around the nerve itself.

That’s where I look.

Not every headache comes from the same source.

The goal is to find what’s actually contributing to yours.

If you’ve had pain for 6+ months and seen 3 or more providers without lasting relief, you may be a candidate for ARM Therapy.

Shoulder pain that keeps coming back?

The problem may not be your rotator cuff.

It could be adhesion restricting the neurovascular sleeve in the axilla.

This restriction can contribute to:

• Chronic shoulder pain
• Tightness through the shoulder and armpit
• Symptoms traveling into the arm
• Limited shoulder mobility

So even if you keep stretching and strengthening…
you may be missing the restriction.

We identify where the neurovascular sleeve is restricted, release the adhesion, and work to restore normal nerve and tissue mobility.

Sometimes the shoulder isn’t the whole problem.

If you’ve had pain for 6+ months and seen 3 or more providers without lasting relief, you may be a candidate for ARM Therapy.

Chronic neck pain that keeps coming back?
It may not be as simple as tight traps or poor posture.

Adhesion around the cervical nerve roots near the scalenes can restrict normal nerve mobility and may contribute to neck pain, stiffness, limited rotation, shoulder or arm symptoms, and symptoms that continue to return.

So if you keep stretching, massaging, or cracking your neck without lasting relief, you may be missing the restriction contributing to the problem.

With ARM, I look for specific areas of adhesion and test how they affect movement and symptoms rather than simply chasing where the pain is felt.

If your pain has lasted 6 months or longer and you've already seen 3 or more providers without lasting relief, you may be a candidate for ARM.

Low back pain doesn’t always come from the muscles.

Adhesion along the lumbar joint capsules can restrict normal movement between the spinal segments and contribute to deep, stubborn pain, stiffness, and that “locked up” feeling.

When stretching and strengthening aren’t giving you lasting relief, it may be worth looking at the tissues around the joint.

I use ARM to assess and address adhesion based on your specific symptoms and movement patterns.
