If you’ve noticed I haven’t been at the markets these past few months, I haven’t gone anywhere. 🌿

Florida heat and herbal tinctures, balms and the like aren’t exactly best friends. 😅 The integrity of what I make matters too much to me to have my products sitting outside in that kind of heat when it could affect their quality.

So while I’ve taken a little market break, I’m still right here in Merritt Island; still making, still learning, and still taking care of my local clients with the alternative wellness care I’ve always offered.

With winter season upon us, these four are just a few of the herbal preparations I make that are focused on respiratory support and lung health.

Good news- I will be slowly coming back to a few markets starting in October! Keep checking back to get that calendar of where you can find your favorite products and holistic care! Until then, you know where to find me. I’m only one DM or text away! 🫶

Happy Saturday, everyone!

I apologize for being MIA at the Merritt Park Farmer’s Market the past few Sundays. I am currently taking courses to further my scope of practice to offer holistic health and self care, so balancing out my time between school, work and my family has been a struggle. I appreciate the understanding and grace as this is just a season!

With that said, I am still continuing to grow, make and offer my alternative healthcare products. I have been meeting up with many of you throughout the weekdays to make sure you have the tinctures and topical products you need. If you have been waiting to see me on Sunday just shoot me a message on here and we will set up a time to get together for either a consultation or if you already know what you need a simple hand off. I am here for YOU and have not disappeared.
