Less than 20 hours after removal of a tooth and a bone graft at ATSU, Mesa, AZ, due to years of gum issues causing bone loss to the point where there was not much bone left and only soft tissue was holding the tooth in place. The tooth has actually become much more stable over the last year due to good dental hygiene and great periodontal care but, as a 61year old post menopausal woman, we have no doubt that being 'Activated' with Protandim NRF2 and regularly taking Truescience activated liquid collagen is helping the healing to be effective. There is no sign of swelling and bruising this morning either. Soft ice pack was used during the afternoon and evening Slept all night with no blood loss.Yes, painkillers and antibiotics as a precaution (only 3rd course of antibiotics in 30 years though as never taken unless ABSOLUTELY necessary to ensure likely effectiveness)

It's not funny breaking your leg in your 60's, especially when you work outside! Feb 5th road accident.......acute distal fracture of left fibula, agonizing soft tissue damage to the thoracic area of the spine and horrible road rash!
Back at work today, exactly 6 weeks later..... Mike was able to start gentle exercise after a couple of weeks after hardly being able to move the first week with extreme spasming in his back. He was able to remove the boot/cast at 5 weeks and start walking. Very sure the combination of Truescience Activated Liquid Collagen, Protandim and of course rest and good care has enabled this rapid and very effective healing! So grateful! Of course medical advice has been and should always be sought about returning to work after injury.

Those of you who know Mike and I personally know that we're very aware of the very different approaches to healthcare in the UK and the USA, where we now live!
Having a National health service in the UK and having inherent state benefits when sick and/or injured is a wonderful thing and we love and fully support the wonderful people who dedicate their lives to helping others get well! However, it can mean that the first place turned to when sick is the doctor and can quickly lead to reliance on prescription medication, due to it being the first thing that's looked at due to cost.
Wherever you live and whatever your country's approach to healthcare, we believe that, after genetic predisposition to disease and, of course, viruses and bacterial infection we can all be affected by, choice of diet and exercise are usually what affects our health and wellness!! Many take vitamin and mineral supplements and they are great and very important but 'Activation' is very key and only really just beginning to be understood after many years of research!
