Health security must be continuous, borderless, and cover the Principal, family, residences, and household perimeter, on the estate risk register alongside physical security and cybersecurity.

Years ago, watching House of Lies first made me thrilled with management consultants and the sheer power of elite strategic design. Fast forward to 2022, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) completed the Go-To-Market architecture for CourMed® | The Private Health Office.

Today, this 2022 GTM architecture serves as required reading and one of the first introductions to CourMed® for our health administration interns from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) each semester.

Four years later, global longevity research confirms what our 2022 architecture foresaw: while capital deployment into healthspan protocols has reached historic levels, client ex*****on and satisfaction remain stuck at ~50%. Ultra-high-net-worth principals, fiduciaries, and luxury enclave developers do not lack access to world-class medicine: they lack a sovereign, non-clinical operating system inside their daily private sanctuaries.

We didn't build a concierge medical practice. We built the enterprise access highway, Agentic AI telemetry platform (The Oracle), and gatekeeper utility that controls the estate perimeter.
