Still feeling the energy from the Ultimate Wellness Conference at the iconic Faena Forum. ✨
Thank you to everyone who joined me on Friday, Sept 25th, stepped into the experience with curiosity, and gave my work a try.
It was a privilege to share this space with you—and to meet so many new faces.
And to all of you who are new here, I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself.
I was born in Israel and raised in Brooklyn, New York.
For nearly two decades, I’ve been in private practice, working one-on-one with thousands of people through therapeutic bodywork, fascia, movement, and mind-body healing.
Interestingly, my journey as a teacher began long before my private practice.
At 21, I was teaching yoga and working with groups.
After so many years devoted primarily to one-on-one work, I find myself returning to where I began—bringing people together to explore the body collectively.
This year, I officially launched the Harari Method—the name I’ve given to the healing system that has organically emerged through my life and work, influenced by fascial release, osteopathic principles, somatic practices, movement, gravity work, and nervous-system awareness.
But perhaps my greatest education has been my own body.
Throughout my life, I’ve navigated more than 20 different injuries, ailments, and health challenges, including some profoundly difficult mental health experiences.
Being on the other side of the treatment table so many times has deeply informed the practitioner and teacher I’ve become.
It taught me to listen.
To become curious rather than afraid of the body.
To recognize the extraordinary wisdom and intelligence that already lives within us—and to explore how we can create the conditions that support our innate capacity for healing, adaptation, and transformation.
The Harari Method is, in many ways, the culmination of that journey.
And it feels meaningful to finally begin sharing it with more of you.
Thank you for being here.
