DRIP Health & MedSpa in Miami Lakes is going pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Here is what we are asking of you. 🎀

Check yourself. Every month. Women and men both, because early detection saves lives.

How do you do a breast self exam at home?
Use the flat pads of your fingers, not the tips. Move in a consistent pattern over the whole breast, into the armpit, and up to the collarbone. Check lying down and standing up. We linked our full video walking through it step by step.

How often should you check?
Once a month. Pick the same time each month so it becomes routine and you build a real sense of your baseline.

Why does knowing your baseline matter?
You can only notice a change if you know what normal feels like for you. Breasts can feel different at different points in the menstrual cycle, so check at the same time each month.

Do men need to check too?
Yes. Male breast cancer is uncommon, but it happens, and men are often diagnosed later because nobody ever told them to look.

What are you actually feeling for?
A lump, thickening, skin dimpling, ni**le changes, or anything that is new for you. Most changes turn out to be nothing.

What should you do if you find something?
Do not panic and do not wait. Call your physician and get it evaluated. Many breast lumps turn out to be benign, but only a medical evaluation can tell you for sure.

Does a self exam replace a mammogram?
No. Self exams are awareness, not screening. Talk to your physician about when regular imaging should start for you based on your age, history, and risk factors.

Where are the donations going?
All October, 10% of profits from every IV drip and vitamin shot at DRIP goes to 305 Pink Pack, a South Florida organization that supports breast cancer patients through treatment right here in our community.

So check yourself, and tag someone who needs the reminder. Let’s go pink together. 🎀💧

We went to San Diego to learn... We came home with an honor we weren’t expecting. 🏆💙💧

This past weekend at the Cynosure Lutronic Academy in Coronado, California, DRIP Health & MedSpa was officially recognized by Cynosure Lutronic as the #1 XERF Provider in Florida and the #3 XERF Provider in the United States.

When we first brought XERF and The ULTRA Laser (LaseMD ULTRA) to our family-owned practice in Miami Lakes, the goal was to give our patients access to advanced skin tightening and skin rejuvenation and to become exceptionally skilled at it. To be recognized by the company behind the technology is a milestone we will always remember.

But this weekend was about more than an award.
We completed advanced XERF Master Training and are proud to now be XERF Master Certified. No matter how much experience we gain, we never want to stop being students of our craft.

We also had the honor of spending time with the Cynosure Lutronic team, including Chris Aronson, President of North America, and some of the leading doctors in Korea who pioneered XERF. Learning directly from the people who built and advanced this technology is something we will carry into every treatment.

Another highlight was connecting with fellow XERF providers from right here in Florida and across the country. Different practices with the same commitment to advancing aesthetic medicine and helping patients make informed decisions about their care.

To our patients, our incredible DRIP team, our Cynosure Lutronic partners, and everyone who has supported this journey.. thank you! For us this represents years of building a family-owned practice, investing in education, and believing in what we bring to our patients.

Proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited for what’s ahead. 💙

With gratitude,
Damien, Jessica and the DRIP Team 💧

Daxxify in Miami is now more rewarding!

DRIP Health & MedSpa in Miami Lakes is a participating REVA Rewards provider through Revance, so your wrinkle relaxer treatments earn you savings.

How does REVA Rewards work at DRIP Health & MedSpa?
Enroll and receive 250 points, equal to 25 dollars toward eligible treatments. Earn points every time you receive a qualifying Daxxify treatment at DRIP. Redeem toward eligible future treatments in 5 dollar increments, starting at just 50 points. Return for the same treatment and you may be eligible to earn additional points.

What is Daxxify?
A prescription neuromodulator used to soften dynamic lines caused by repeated facial movement. It’s formulated with a peptide rather than human serum albumin, which sets it apart from other wrinkle relaxers.

How is Daxxify different from Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau?
Neuromodulators are not interchangeable. They differ in onset, diffusion, how long results last, and how movement feels afterward. Daxxify may be considered for patients wanting longer-lasting wrinkle relaxation. Results may vary.

Provider Note:
Choosing the product is half the outcome. Dosing, placement, and reading how a face moves separate a refreshed result from an overdone one. That is very technique dependent, so provider experience matters more than the vial.

Treatments are led by Jessica-Lynn Zaldivar, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, Clinical Instructor at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies and Miami Dade College School of Nursing. DRIP is family owned & operated with 500+ five-star Google reviews, ranked #1 Medical Spa in Miami Lakes and #2 in Miami-Dade County by BusinessRate 2025-2026, and recently voted Best of Florida Medical Spa 2026.

DM us “DAXXIFY” and we will get you enrolled and walk you through it.

Serving Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Doral, Miami Gardens, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Kendall, Weston, Coral Gables, Brickell, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, North Miami, and Westchester.

REVA Rewards terms and eligibility apply. Daxxify is a prescription medicine. See full Prescribing Information, including Boxed Warning, and Medication Guide.

His main concern was his jowls, the result went far beyond them.

After 2 XERF and 2 LaseMD ULTRA treatments there’s less heaviness through the jowl area, a cleaner mandibular contour and a more supported lower face. Another change you can really notice is below the jawline, the neck looks smoother and less lax.

How do you get rid of jowls without surgery?
Jowls form when the connective tissue supporting the lower face loses strength and skin above the jawline begins to descend. Fillers add volume but cannot restore that support, XERF works at the structural layer, using radiofrequency to rebuild collagen and elastin so tissue lifts on its own with no incisions and no downtime.

Does XERF work for men?
Men 35 to 70 are our fastest growing XERF demographic. Male skin is thicker and holds laxity differently, which responds well to radiofrequency. Most male patients want a sharper jawline and a tighter neck without looking treated, and collagen remodeling with XERF delivers that.

Why combine XERF with LaseMD ULTRA?
They do two different jobs and complement each other. XERF uses multifrequency monopolar radiofrequency at 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz across multiple depths for laxity, support, and contour. LaseMD ULTRA uses a 1927 nm thulium laser, working superficially for tone and texture.

Provider Note: Jowls are never treated as one isolated spot. The cheek, lower face, jawline, and neck move as a system, so mapping matters as much as the device. That is technique dependent, which is why provider experience determines the result.

“You got XERF’d.” 😏💧
Supportive. Disappointed. Sarcastic. Flirty.

No matter how your friend says it, take it as a compliment. Around here “you got XERF’d” is a good thing. Actually, it might be the highest compliment you can get.

👑 Here’s the official XERF King & Queen of Miami, practicing one of the languages we speak fluently around here. 😃 Now for a real convo on what “getting XERF’d” actually means.

What does XERF do?
XERF by Cynosure Lutronic reaches the deeper structural layers of the skin, including the SMAS layer, to trigger collagen and elastin remodeling from within. Over the following weeks, the tissue rebuilds structural support and the result is a tighter, more lifted, more naturally supported look, with no pain and no downtime.

Is XERF safe for all skin types and tones?
Yes. XERF’s radiofrequency energy works independently of melanin, making it one of the safest options for darker skin tones

Why patients looking for XERF in Miami choose DRIP Health & MedSpa.
DRIP Health & MedSpa is one of the first providers in Florida to offer XERF. We’re an Official Cynosure Lutronic XERF Launch Partner and Clinical Training Center for South Florida. Every treatment is customized through The DRIP Protocol, our proprietary clinical method built for structural tightening and long-term collagen remodeling.
Family owned and operated with 500+ 5-star Google reviews. Ranked #1 Medical Spa in Miami Lakes 2025-2026 and #2 in Miami-Dade County in 2026 by BusinessRate. Voted South Florida Small Business of the Year 2025.

How much experience does DRIP Health & MedSpa have with XERF? Clinically led by Jessica-Lynn Zaldivar, MSN, APRN, FNP-C with 20+ years of medical experience and 275+ treatments performed and overseen since 2025. SFBW Prestigious Women Award 2025 & 2026.

We serve patients from Miami, Doral, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Kendall, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, Weston, Parkland, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood & West Palm Beach, plus out of state & international patients who choose South Florida as their XERF skin tightening and aesthetics destination.

“People have asked me what have I done.”

That’s what everyone loves to hear after XERF. Your friends and family noticing that something changed and that whatever that change is, you look good!

We asked...
When did she first notice her results?
Her answer: “I noticed my results immediately.”
Where did she see the most change?
Her answer: “My jaw has definitely been a big one. My jaw and my submental area has definitely tightened a lot.”
But the part that meant the most to us: she recommends DRIP to her friends, her family, and her own clients. 🤍

Will people be able to tell you had XERF?
They will notice something. Most will not be able to name it because XERF doesn’t change your features, it rebuilds your own collagen, so the change reads as looking rested, lifted, and more defined rather than treated. That is why patients hear “what have you been doing” instead of “what did you get done.”

Can XERF tighten the submental area under the chin?
Yes, and it is one of the most requested areas we treat. The submental area which is the soft tissue between the chin and neck, loses structural support early and responds well to radiofrequency because the tissue is thin and reachable at the depths XERF targets.

Provider Note: Jawline and submental tightening tend to improve together, but improvement is very technique dependent so provider experience matters.

Why patients choose DRIP Health & MedSpa for XERF:
Official Cynosure Lutronic XERF Launch Partner and Clinical Training Center for Florida. Among the first in Florida to offer XERF with 350+ treatments performed.
