Can DNA hear us?
Biologist Peter Gariaev spent more than 30 years exploring this question. His theory of wave genetics proposed that DNA could interact with electromagnetic and acoustic signals, including frequencies found in human speech.
His work became one of the most controversial ideas in modern biology and received strong criticism from the scientific community.
The questions behind it remain relevant to the work of OneDevice. How much information does the human body receive from light, sound, and the frequencies around us?
Read the carousel and tell us where you stand. Do you see an idea worth exploring or a theory that went too far?

What does Jennifer Youngberg think of OneDevice?
Jennifer, the creator behind Jennifer Youngberg explores wellness, longevity, and conscious biohacking. We asked her to share her experience with OneDevice in her own words.

Watch the Reel to hear what she said. What would you ask her?

Congratulations to Víctor on his European title in paragliding accuracy, and to Pilar for sharing the journey alongside him.

OneDevice is proud to support them and to see our logo on Víctor’s wing. This achievement belongs to the athlete and the dedication behind every flight. We’re happy to celebrate it with them.

You can sleep through the entire night and remember none of it.
Your heart rate still rose by nine beats per minute. Sensory adaptation happens fast.
With smell, it can begin in 50 to 200 milliseconds.
The brain stops registering what repeats. The body keeps a separate record.
Save this for tonight.

Ever notice how an entire crowd can suddenly move like one body?Your brain doesn’t simply react to the beat. It learns the pattern, predicts what comes next, and prepares your body to move.
Now watch the Reel again with the sound off. Can you still feel when the beat is about to drop?
Comment YES or NO — and send this to the friend who can never stand still when the music starts.

Light is information your body processes, not just something you see. Different wavelengths affect focus, mood, and rest. Some of this is confirmed science — blue light and melatonin, for example. Some of it is centuries of observed pattern in art and design. Save this if you want to think more carefully about the light you live in.

Desire is not a mood. It’s a nervous system state.
When the body senses threat, real or perceived, it reallocates resources away from anything it doesn’t need for survival. That includes the systems tied to connection and closeness.
This isn’t a flaw. It’s a hierarchy the body has run for as long as it’s existed.
Understanding the mechanism doesn’t fix everything, but it changes the question from “what’s wrong with me” to “what does my body need to feel safe again.”
Save this for the next time it’s hard to explain.

The workday used to have an exit.
A commute, a change of clothes, a walk home. Small transitions gave the mind time to leave one role before entering another.
Remote work removed many of those thresholds. The laptop closes, the room stays the same, and unfinished tasks follow you into the evening.
A five-minute ritual can give the day a clearer ending. Change your clothes, walk around the block, light a candle, or simply say that work is finished.
What helps you close the day? Tell us below, even if it seems small.

Photobiomodulation is the study of how specific wavelengths of light interact with the body at a cellular level. Early research has explored its role in relaxation, sleep, and emotional balance. OneDevice applies this through gentle light, worn as part of an evening ritual.

Last night’s Health Optimization Summit gathering was all about great vibes, amazing friends, and OneDevice taking center stage.

Such a pleasure connecting with & .leyden and catching up with our favorite people in the biohacking world!

Big love to for throwing the ultimate gathering! The future of nightlife looks very clear-headed 😉
