what I mean when I say it’s girls night 🔐🖤

truly nothing more fun than a girls night in your 30’s. A beautiful dinner, playing would you rather at the table crying laughing, and out dancing to old school R&B until 3am, followed by pizza in a fluffy white hotel robe.

having your girls fly in to celebrate you is everything. my people forever. Blessed beyond measure to be surrounded by these women. ✨👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

cute back story… each of these girls I first saw on IG and thought they were so my vibe, and one by one over the years we all connected and they became my ride or dies. I introduced them all and now everyone is tight and we all laugh together til we cry. Pls remember that your girls are praying for you, too. 🙏 don’t ever be too scared to reach out to people online that you know in your soul you’d be amazing friends with. You may just find you end up being each others people. 🤎

wow, getting older is such a gift. I have truly never felt more happy, alive, and me than now.

I woke up and immediately had to say thank you to God because wow!! I woke up in a hotel room with my best friends in NYC, my girls next to me, a roof over my head, the most incredible clients and community here at Arabella Blaker | Naturopath + Nutritional Therapist & enough resources to put food in our stomachs.

Truly, everything else is extra.
But wow God, thank you for it all.

The woman I became in the last few months has blown my mind. I know it’s Gods strength as my foundation that enabled me to get here. And also doing the Miracle Liver Cleanse by Arabella Blaker for a month literally changed my life. Who I became through that month is someone I will never take for granted.

always feels so weird spending time in a place you once lived that holds so much memory, and so many versions of you.

it is very true that once you’re healed internally, the places that once felt tough look different. I have a whole new experience these days in London. I absolutely love this place.
The architecture, stunning. The people, my people🥹
& the rain? I miss it, I can’t lie. It’s romantic & beautiful af 😭☔️

It’s kinda wild being somewhere and nobody looks at me weird when I speak because of my accent. Ngl, kinda love it.

wow. what a night celebrating moms 60th in the south of France🥹💛

As kids, we would spend our summers here in Grandads mobile home 🤣🚐 running around having so much fun, watching movies on old video tapes (ok who remembers those ugh nostalgia!!!), & disappearing until sunset causing havoc.

Coming back here as a family again has been so special. We live all over the world now so coming back together is everything for us🥹💛 and we cherish it so much.

Like many of you reading this will understand..
I really went through it for some years processing parts of my childhood, deep emotions, learning about life, disappearing off to my little cave trying to understand myself & the world. I’m so grateful I took the time to heal, and I thank God for it. This last year God healed parts of my heart and soul that were keeping me wounded and living in pain, and now I’m able to have such an incredible time with those I love because of it. I feel so free, relaxed, in awe, grateful. I feel like I finally became the woman I dreamed of being for so long. I feel such a sense of completion and wholeness.

It’s so full circle getting to a stage of your healing where you’re no longer “healing” as such, and you’re just living. If it weren’t for dedicating 10 years of my life to Arabella Blaker | Naturopath + Nutritional Therapist and understanding life, our bodies, our souls, God.. I would never be as free as I am today.

Thank you God.
& thank you soooo much to my amazing family & community for supporting me all these years while I went through the depths of it all. I am SO happy to celebrate with you all having come out the other side.

idk how I remained undiagnosed for 30 yrs but here we are

I have noticed that when my lifestyle & diet are on 💯 the symptoms of ADHD are waaaay less! & I’ve learned to see it as a superpower, just understanding my brain works differently than others 🧠

but the fact my family never knew is so funny to me. I think as I get older and am still acting like a kid, it becomes slightly more evident😂

Best 3 days of my life 😭😭😭

the irony that my family know me as the “retired” party girl [see slide 11] turned holistic wellness queen yet on this trip I somehow un-retired myself, danced and sang until the early hours every night, was the life of the party, drank a fair few aperols & even had my first cigarette(s) in years much to my moms horror😂🤣🪩 social anxiety or introvert recovering alone time was nowhere to be seen or found😶‍🌫️

but for real, you know what my favorite compliment recently is? My family telling me I’ve never looked happier.🥹😭🩵🫂

you know, life is full of ups and downs.. but as of late i’ve never felt so happy, whole, healed and deeply connected to (and grateful for) myself, God, my beautiful family & life. We laughed sooooo much this trip. Every moment was perfect and hilarious. I kept just thinking WOW i want to bottle this moment up forever. My family will also likely never forget the trip i seemed to release all the F’s i ever gave in life, went rogue and actually took legit time off work. I will NEVER forget this beautiful weekend celebrating my beautiful girl (basically sister) HannaH Rughani 🪩 wedding & welcoming our newest family member 👑

The tax of a little hit to my liver & lungs did nothing compared to the JOY of just letting myself have SO. MUCH. FUN & living in the present moment.

I even had the honor of giving a speech on love in the ceremony, & it was epic even if the wind was literally blowing every hair i owned into my mouth.🤣😂

I have never felt this happy, content and grateful to God for every part of my soul and body that have been healed and changed to allow me to truly embrace, enjoy and live an incredible life, and make these incredible memories.

THIS! IS! WHAT! I! HEALED! FOR!
To just be a normal girl with a healthy body, able to dance alllllll night (period💅) with those that I love & eat a lil dessert & have a lil rogue cig once in a while. 🍮 🚬

THANK YOU GOD for changing the path of my life 10 yrs ago (even if it was a lil savage there for a while).

& thank you family. I love you soooooooooo much🥹 my italian british crazy familiaaaaaa🪩❤️❤️‍🔥✨🫂🍋 memories locked in forever ever ever.
