Facial harmonization is not about filling every area — it’s about knowing what to treat and what not to treat. ✨

She initially came in for her lips, but during her assessment, I noticed volume loss in the temporal area — a zone many patients don’t notice and that can make the face look more hollow, tired, and aged.

By restoring that area, refining the lips, and adding subtle support to the jawline, we created a softer and more balanced result overall.

And one of my favorite parts? I didn’t touch the cheeks at all, even though many people thought I did. That’s the power of treating the face as a whole.

These are immediate results, so some swelling is still present.

Porque la medicina estética sigue siendo medicina.

Antes de recomendar Botox, filler, estimuladores de colágeno, un IV, weight loss o un tratamiento para la piel, hay una evaluación médica detrás: historial, anatomía, posibles contraindicaciones, diagnóstico cuando corresponde, plan de tratamiento, prescripción si es necesaria y seguimiento.

Y ser “paciente” no significa estar enfermo.
