Getting started is simple if you are interested in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Comprehensive Managed Care (ICMC) Program. If you are already on Medicaid, you do not need to apply. Just call Enrollment Broker/Choice Counseling to begin the enrollment process. Enroll at no cost and disenroll at any time.

Your care coordinator will:
• Meet with you face to face
• Coordinate all of your health and support services
• Guide you through the system
• Advocate for you when you need extra support
