A new month always feels like a gift to me. A fresh page. A new mercy. A gentle reminder that we are not stuck — we are in process.

As the season begins to shift, I find myself thinking about the people I have the privilege of walking alongside — individuals working so hard to feel better physically, while carrying invisible weight in their nervous system, their emotions, their spirit.

My life’s verse. Today’s date. A moment I look forward to every single year. ✨

This scripture has anchored me through every unexpected turn — the pivots I didn’t plan, the doors that opened where walls used to be, and the seasons that shaped me into exactly who I needed to become to do the work I am called to do.

The Natural Path didn’t happen by accident. It happened through all things.

Every person — and now every animal — who comes to me carries their own story of “all things.” Health challenges that didn’t fit neatly into a box. Seasons of feeling like something was off but not knowing why. A quiet whisper that there had to be another way.
