Have Reiki training, but haven’t practiced in a while? 🪷

Reiki may have been an important part of your life at one time, but sometimes life gets busy and our practice quietly slips into the background.

Reiki Practice & Gathering at Holistic Soul Center is a place to reconnect, continue learning, and explore Reiki practices and techniques together.

Each month, I’ll introduce and guide different practices, techniques, and exercises. There will be time to experience them, practice together, ask questions, and share observations.

You do not need to remember everything you were originally taught or brush up before coming.

Open to anyone with Reiki I or higher training, from any Reiki tradition or lineage. Your training does not have to have been with me.

There is also no monthly commitment. Come once, come occasionally, or join us whenever you feel it would be helpful.

🪷 Third Wednesday of each month
🕖 7:00–8:30 PM
📍 Holistic Soul Center, Middletown, NJ
💜 $25 per gathering
👥 Limited to 6 participants

Something new is beginning at Holistic Soul Center. 🪷

I’m opening the Center once a month for a small Reiki Practice & Gathering, created for people who have Reiki training and would like a place to return to their practice, deepen it through experience, or simply practice with others.

Each gathering will include guided Reiki practices and exercises that I’ll lead, time to practice together, conversation, questions, and sharing.

This is open to anyone with Reiki I or higher training from any Reiki tradition or lineage. You do not need to have studied Reiki with me, and you don’t need to be actively practicing right now.

Bought a pendulum... now what?

Many people learn "yes," "no," and "maybe" and think that's all there is to using a pendulum.

The real value comes from learning how to ask better questions, recognize clear responses, and build confidence in your intuition through practice.

That's exactly what we'll do in Pendulum Basics.

✨ Self-paced online lessons
✨ Two live Zoom practice sessions
✨ Supportive guidance along the way

Enrollment is now open.

What does Reiki actually feel like? 🪷

It's one of the questions I get asked the most — and the honest answer is: it's different for everyone.

Some people feel warmth where my hands rest, or heat moving through their body. Others notice tingling, gentle waves, or a soft pulsing sensation.

Many simply drop into deep relaxation — a quiet, meditative state where the breath slows and the mind settles. I've had clients fall asleep during a session and wake up saying it was the most relaxed sleep they've had in a very long time.

Sometimes emotion rises to the surface too: tears, laughter, relief, or just a wave of peace.

Some see colors, images, or symbols. Others feel... nothing unusual at all. And that's completely okay.

Reiki meets you where you need it, not always how and when you expect it to.

I've had clients leave a session saying "I didn't really feel anything," only to message me days later — sleeping better, feeling calmer, handling stress differently, feeling more like themselves again.

Reiki is subtle. Its effects often show up less in the moment, and more in how you feel afterward.

There's no "right" way to experience it. Whatever you feel — or don't — is exactly how it's meant to unfold for you. 💚

💚 Post & Graphic inspired by the Reiki Healing Association.

Have you ever received Reiki? I'd love to hear what it felt like for you — drop it in the comments.

In reality, that's often where the real learning begins.

Pendulum Basics is a beginner-friendly hybrid program designed to help you build confidence, develop discernment, and strengthen trust in your own intuition.

In 2017, I became a Reiki Master Teacher.

And then I didn't teach Reiki.

For years, I focused on helping clients heal through psychic mediumship, intuition development, Reiki, and the many tools I had developed along the way. Reiki was always part of my work, but teaching Reiki wasn't.

Recently, something shifted.

This September, Reiki I & II training will be coming to Holistic Soul Center through a hybrid online format that combines self-paced learning with live training sessions and attunements.

Over the coming weeks, I'll be sharing more about my Reiki journey, what Reiki is, what it isn't, and why I believe this work is needed now more than ever.

What questions do you have about Reiki?

Reiki Space Clearing is now available. ✨

Over the years, so many clients have told me they can immediately feel the energy in my office or home, describing it as calming, peaceful, grounding, or simply “different.” After recently completing my Reiki Space Clearing Practitioner training, I’m now offering this work professionally to support others in creating that same feeling within their own spaces.

Our homes and workspaces hold the energy of daily life, stress, emotions, experiences, and transitions. Over time, spaces can begin to feel heavy, stagnant, chaotic, or simply “off.”

This gentle service combines Reiki techniques with Feng Shui principles to help restore balance, harmony, and flow within your environment.

Reiki Space Clearing may be especially supportive for:

🏡 Moving into a new home
✨ Life transitions or fresh starts
💛 After stress, illness, or conflict
🌿 Creating a calmer atmosphere
🕊 Healing rooms, offices, studios, and sacred spaces

The intention of this work is to help your space feel lighter, more peaceful, grounded, and energetically supportive.

Many people notice their environment feels calmer, emotionally lighter, and easier to relax in after a clearing session.

If your home or workspace has been feeling unsettled, draining, heavy, or simply in need of an energetic reset, this may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

If you’d like more information or would like to schedule a Reiki Space Clearing session, feel free to reach out. ✨

Most people were only shown a small part of how to use a pendulum.
