You never know what you’ll find when you wander into the woods. 🌿
Housatonic Overlook & Tucker’s Ridge is about a 2-mile hike, mostly easy terrain with one good hill to climb. We’ll explore wooded trails, rocky areas and a few fun surprises along the way.
And, of course, we’ll stop for a little yoga. 🧘‍♀️

It's how we treat people. How we respond when life gets messy. How we show up for ourselves and each other.

The poses are just the beginning.

That's one of the things I love about WalkAboutYoga. We take our practice outside, into nature, and hopefully carry a little of what we learn back into our everyday lives.

Tucker’s Ridge winds through woods, mountain laurel, wetlands and rocky outcroppings above the Housatonic River. Our WalkAbout will be about 2 miles, mostly easy with one good hill—and plenty of stops to breathe, move and take it all in. SCRCOG
