Last year I mentioned to our team of talented nurses that I wanted to start my semaglutide journey. I was uncomfortable and frustrated. I am headed towards 40 and have had two babies. My career is stressful and I work constantly…. Did I also mention I love Cabernet 🍷?

I was told that if I wanted to get to my 15/20 pound goal I would have to loose a little more than my goal weight. This is because I would likely gain 5-7 pounds back after if I chose to not stay on a maintenance plan. I did just that. I was on this plan for three months. This was during last summer. I have been able to maintain a 2-3 pound up and down since.
❤️Although happy with my results I noticed I had lost a decent amount of muscle tone and my skins laxity just is not what it used to be.
I was introduced to @cuterainc TruBody system this past November. I had a single sculpt session done on my lower and upper abdomen. I stayed with in my weight numbers to make sure to not alter my results. I was a bit of a skeptic. Mostly due to a horrible coolsculpt experience I had years ago.
Around 9/10 weeks later the results started to kick in! My little love handles were smaller and my stomach was beginning to flatten and smooth out. I couldn’t believe it!
