🦌 DEER POSE
Deer pose is an accessible seated posture. It is a gentle hip opener, an alternative to traditional pigeon, that promotes both external and internal hip rotation.
Swing a leg behind and position the front foot at an angle.
Ideally, both legs form right angles, but modify and adjust to maintain comfort in the knees.
Keep both sitting bones on the ground.
Allow your body to soften in the pose.
Lean away from the back leg and bring it forward to switch sides.
See you on the mat ☮️ .
