✨ The infinite space within your heart. ✨

The Upanishads invite us to contemplate something extraordinary: the space within the heart is as vast as the space outside.

Look at the sky. The oceans. The infinite universe stretching beyond what your eyes can see.

Can your mind even begin to comprehend its vastness?

And yet, the ancient sages invite us to turn inward and discover the immeasurable space within our own hearts.

❤️ Perhaps this is where we begin to understand love differently.

In a world where so many of us are searching for love, connection, and belonging, we spend so much time looking outside ourselves for something to make us feel whole.

But what if, for a moment, we became still?

What if we placed our hand over our heart, softened our breath, and turned our awareness inward?

Not to force ourselves to feel love, but to create the space to experience what lies beyond the noise of our minds.

The journey is not about making your heart bigger.

It is about discovering the vastness that has always been there.

💧 Rasa Dhatu: The Ayurvedic Art of Nourishment

In Ayurveda, nourishment goes far beyond what you eat or how much water you drink.

Rasa Dhatu is the first of the seven dhatus, or bodily tissues, and is associated with the body’s nourishing fluids, including plasma and lymph.

🌿 When Rasa Dhatu is depleted, Ayurveda associates it with dryness and a feeling of depletion.

🌿 When fluid-related qualities become excessive, heaviness, swelling and sluggishness may arise.

The deeper lesson? Nourishment is not simply about adding more. It’s about understanding balance.

Your digestion, food choices, daily rhythms and individual constitution all matter in the Ayurvedic approach to wellbeing.

Your body is always communicating. The invitation is to slow down and listen.

✨ Come home to your body’s wisdom.

🌺 WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO DETOX? THE WISDOM OF NAVRATRI

Nature already knows when it’s time to let go. 🍃

In Ayurveda, the changing seasons offer us an invitation to pause, listen to our bodies, and restore balance.

🌱 Spring: A time to cleanse.

After winter, nature awakens. What has accumulated during the colder months begins to move. We, too, can support our bodies with gentle, mindful practices that help us feel lighter and more energized.

🌺 Fall: A time to ground and reconnect.

After the heat, activity, and outward energy of summer, our bodies and minds may begin to feel scattered, depleted, or unsettled.

This is where the sacred nine days and nights of Navratri offer us a beautiful reminder.

We honor the Divine Mother — the Shakti, the divine feminine energy within us — the very power of transformation, movement, renewal, and creation.

She reminds us that the capacity to restore balance begins within.

Fall is not simply about cleansing the body. It is also an opportunity to quiet the mind, nourish ourselves, establish grounding rituals, and release what no longer serves us.

✨ Spring invites us to clear what has accumulated.

✨ Fall invites us to find our center and cultivate stability.

Mother Nature gives us the rhythm. Ayurveda teaches us how to listen. The Divine Mother reminds us of the wisdom already within us.

This Navratri, what are you ready to release — and what are you ready to welcome into your life?

🌺 Come home to your heart.

With love,

✨ Puffy eyes? Tired eyes? That heavy feeling around your face?

Your eye area holds more tension and stagnation than you may realize.

In Ayurveda, the area around the eyes contains important marma points — subtle energy points that can be gently stimulated while supporting lymphatic flow.

With light, intentional touch, you can help encourage movement of fluid around the eyes and face, while releasing some of the tension we carry from screens, stress, lack of sleep, and simply… life.

Think:
✨ Less morning puffiness
✨ A more refreshed appearance
✨ Gentle lymphatic movement
✨ Relaxation around the eyes and forehead
✨ A moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself

The key is gentle. The lymphatic system sits close to the surface, so more pressure does not mean more benefit.

This is one of my favorite rituals for coming back into the body — because sometimes your face is asking for the same thing your nervous system is:

Slow down. Breathe. Let go.

Save this for your next morning ritual. 🤍

🍂 Feeling sluggish, heavy, or puffy as the seasons change? Your body may be asking for better flow.

In Ayurveda, we pay close attention to the body’s natural pathways of elimination — including:

💧 Urination
💩 Bowel movements
💦 Sweating

Today, let’s talk about sweating — and its relationship to circulation and lymphatic movement.

Your lymphatic system helps move fluid, cellular waste, and metabolic byproducts through the body. When movement and elimination become sluggish, you may feel it:

→ heaviness
→ puffiness
→ stiffness or achiness
→ sluggish digestion
→ low energy
→ that overall feeling of being “stuck”

And seasonal transitions can be a time when your body needs a little extra support adapting.

✨ The goal isn’t to force detoxification. It’s to restore FLOW.

Movement. Warmth. Breath. Hydration. Healthy sweating. Lymphatic stimulation. And supporting your body’s natural elimination pathways.

Sometimes, that “I just don’t feel like myself” feeling is your body’s invitation to slow down, listen, and create movement again.

Your body is always communicating. The question is: are you listening? 💜

Puffy face? Feeling heavy, swollen, or sluggish? Your lymph may need a little love. ✨

One of my favorite Ayurvedic rituals for that “I woke up puffy and don’t feel like myself” feeling is Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage.

Using gentle, rhythmic movements, we encourage the body’s natural lymphatic flow—helping you feel lighter, refreshed, and more awake.

✨ De-puff the face
✨ Support healthy lymph flow
✨ Reduce that heavy, sluggish feeling
✨ Wake up the skin and circulation
✨ Create a moment of deep self-care

And the beauty is—you don’t need to force it.

The lymphatic system responds to gentle movement, breath, rhythm, and consistency.

Your face is often the first place you notice when your body is holding onto fluid or feeling sluggish.

So before you reach for another coffee…
try moving what’s already there. 💆🏽‍♀️✨

Save this for your next morning reset and follow along with my video.

Come home to your body. Come home to yourself. 🤍
