This is what we love about Birth Fest MKE. It’s not just a room full of exhibitors, it’s a room full of people who care deeply about helping families navigate the many seasons of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood.

Motherhood can hold two truths at once. 🤍

You can deeply love the life you’re building and still miss pieces of the life you had before. You can feel grateful and overwhelmed, changed and unsure, fulfilled and a little lost.

Missing who you were doesn’t mean you love your children any less. It simply means you’re human, and you’re learning how to make room for all the parts of yourself as you grow.

There is so much beauty in becoming someone new while still honoring who you’ve always been.

Motherhood is often talked about as the process of raising a child.

But somewhere along the way, you’re growing, too.

You’re learning what matters to you.
You’re finding your voice.
You’re discovering strength you didn’t know you had.
You’re becoming more confident, more compassionate, more yourself.

And it’s okay if the person you are today looks different from the person you were before motherhood.

You’re not just raising a little person.

Thank you for showing up with your knowledge, your passion, your resources, and your genuine desire to support families. From the thoughtful conversations and questions to the beautiful displays, helpful resources, giveaways, and little surprises you brought along, you created so many opportunities for families to learn, connect, and discover something they may not have known existed.

We know how much time, energy, preparation, and heart goes into participating in an event like this, and we are incredibly grateful that you chose to spend your Saturday with us. 🤍
