The trifecta of health: yoga + heat + cold anddddd don’t forget the gorgeous day, friends and breeze.
Super grateful to get the opportunity to open the season for Heat Haven Sauna Park at Blüm Coffee Garden representing Inner High Yoga, Dance & Retreats / Rae Bu Luck แรบุโชค E-RYT500. What a perfect day and natural high! I am feeling pain free so I am super thankful and happy.
