A half day wellness retreat in the woods of Grant Park, located just outside of Milwaukee, WI at Hot Spell Sauna. You will move through a gentle yoga practice, be guided through a sound bath & have space to sauna + cold shower.

What to expect:

✨ dress in comfies - we’ll be lying on the floor on yoga mats, but please let me know if you prefer a different accommodation. We have plenty of blankets and bolsters but feel free to bring what will make you most comfortable

✨session begins with gentle sound and somatic meditation to support the nervous system and guide you in easily

✨meditation leads smoothly into the sound bath - facilitated intentionally to continue supporting the nervous system through vibrotactile and auditory support. Clinician-informed care

✨what do you have to do? Register, dress comfortably, make the choice to do something just for your relaxation and reset, and show up. I’ll handle the rest ✨

✨experience the true gentle power of sound and vibration as a tool for reset. Not a performance, but a true somatic experience.
