Weโ€™re excited to see Accessible Career Options featured on TMJ4! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’™

At ACO, our work is about more than finding a job. Itโ€™s about helping individuals with disabilities build skills, gain confidence, discover their strengths, and move toward greater independence.

Weโ€™re grateful for the opportunity to share the work happening every day at ACO โ€” and, most importantly, to highlight the people we have the privilege of serving.

๐ŸŽฅ Watch the TMJ4 feature below and see ACO in action!

Thank you to TMJ4 News and Gideon Verdin for shining a light on our mission and the importance of creating meaningful employment opportunities for people of all abilities.

Accessibility isnโ€™t only physical.

Itโ€™s communication.

Clear instructions.
Defined expectations.
Consistent feedback.

These are often labeled as โ€œgood management.โ€

But they are also core accessibility practices.

When communication is clear, workplaces become more inclusive โ€” not just for individuals with disabilities, but for everyone.

Confusion is a barrier.
Clarity is inclusion.
