Hot, cold, human! ๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿฅถ ๐Ÿค

REAL sensory experiences in nature with REAL human beings.

Working with the elements~ earth, wind, water and fire.

Events driven by what has connected and supported the wellbeing of humans for ages!

Heat, cold, movement, breath, music, authentic face to face conversation and of course FUN.

A space where we temporarily step away from the buzz of our phones and instead dive head first into the buzz & juiciness of being present with one another!

Analog connection is essential to offset the sense of isolation and fatigue we may be experiencing in an increasingly digital world.

At The Hive we focus on the basics~ ways of gathering in which we know support whole picture health for our community.

If you are feeling tired from digital overwhelm, weโ€™d love to put some wind in your sails at an upcoming event/experience!

Next sauna social is Saturday, 10/10 | 8-11AM @ Grant Park Beach. ๐Ÿ๏ธ

See you there ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป

How did Rachel get involved as a Founder?

After seeking a community that also had positive experiences with cold water immersion and sauna, she came across two new friends.

This is where it stemmed for all of us - COMMUNITY. ๐ŸŒณ

Have you had profound experiences with contrast therapy? Have you combatted winter loneliness with outdoor experiences? This is what weโ€™re all about - doing hard things together. ๐Ÿค
