Some ppl just make everything a lil better. Meet our Alina. 💓

If you’ve visited Wrinkleboss since spring, chances are you’ve already had the pleasure of meeting this sweet soul.

Alina is our Practice Support Liaison, and she’s become such an important part of the little world we’ve built here. From caring for our clients and coordinating the day-to-day to keeping about 37 mental tabs open at once, she somehow manages to be three steps ahead of things we haven’t even thought about yet.

A few things to know about Alina: She loves Halloween, always recommends the best scary movies, her family means the world to her, and we’re fairly certain Red Bull and coffee are responsible for at least some of that impressive brain activity. 😁🧠⚡️

But what we appreciate most is her heart. She genuinely cares. About the people walking through our doors, about her teammates, and about making things better simply because she can.

Alina, we see all those little things you do that often go unnoticed. They don’t go unnoticed by us. We’re so grateful you’re here, and we love you!

A little fangirl moment. 🥹💛

We were the first practice in Minnesota to bring Pavise in, back in January 2024.

I knew Sophie was someone special long before I ever met her. I had followed her story, dug into the science, and was so inspired by what she was building (and continues to build).

This week, we finally got to meet her - and hearing her story in person somehow made me admire her even more. I love watching brilliant, passionate people turn an idea into something that makes an impact. So proud of everything you’ve built, Sophie.

And honestly, my other favorite part of the night was the room. 💓

So many familiar faces from our Minnesota aesthetics community, laughing, hugging, learning and catching up. We all have full lives and busy schedules, and we don’t always get enough time together - but I hope y’all know I’m always rooting for you. Seeing each other grow, build cool things and succeed genuinely makes me happy.

And to the new faces I finally got to meet - so glad we did. ☺️

One of my favorite things about this industry is that there will always be more to learn. New science, new ideas, and really smart humans willing to share what they know. Staying curious is half the fun.
