👶💕 Is my baby supposed to be doing that yet?!
If you’ve ever Googled a developmental milestone at 2 a.m., compared your baby to another baby at the park, or wondered “Wait… is this normal?” — you are SO not alone. 😂
Andrea Guimont, an occupational therapist from SunnyDays Therapy is excited to hang out with Wellspring Lactation’s mom & baby group and talk all about baby development, milestones, and all those questions that come up during the first year.
We’ll chat about things like:
🧸 Movement + motor milestones
👀 Sensory development
🍼 Feeding + everyday routines
💬 Early communication + language
🤸 Tummy time, play & learning
💛 What’s typical (and what might be worth asking about)
We’ll also talk about something many parents don’t realize: OT and speech therapy can support babies, too! We’ll break down what pediatric occupational and speech therapists actually do with infants and when they might be helpful.
And there will be plenty of time for questions — because sometimes you just want to ask a real person, “Okay, but should I be concerned about THIS?” 🙋♀️
