Chef Seydina Issa Laye Gaye, a local Minnesota chef with over 10 years of cooking experience. With Senegalese roots and a New York upbringing, Chef Seydina brings together diverse cultural influences to create flavorful, creative dishes that make every gathering memorable. We’re excited to have her catering fresh, hot food for our Crown Within gathering!
