This is about how I would use Purslane tincture although Purslane is helpful and yummy a number of other ways for instance food, poultices, wash, juiced, tea, green smoothies and salads.
I would ask Purslane tincture for help with constipation, cough, dermatitis, diarrhea, dysentery, fever, food, headache, inflammation, stomachache, ulcer, and worms. I’d look for other help of I had kidney stones or disease, gout, stomach ulcers, or if I was concerned about sodium intake.

Black Elder Berry (this is about the berry specifically) is one of the more popular remedies I would start taking now, especially with winter coming in, people starting school and spending more time in enclosed spaces.
Elderberry traditionally is thought of as immune modulating, has anti oxidants, and supports our respiratory system containing vitamins A and C, flavonoids and anthocyanins. I would not ask for support from Elderberry is I had immune system issues like MCS without consulting a competent provider. “This is DANGEROUS. Today I saw a grocery store selling water bamboo (aka jiaobai, 茭白, Zizania latifolia) in a grocery store, which is PROHIBITED. This is the Asian wild rice plant carries a fungus, which if it escaped into our environment would devestate American wild rice overnight. American wild rice (Zizania palustris/aquatica/texana, popularly known in Ojibwe as manoomin) is not only an important economic crop but also an incredibly important food for Indigenous communities and a vital part of our ecosystem.

I’ve seen this in grocery stores being sold (illegally imported) more and more in recent years and is even available online. If you see water bamboo (茭白) in grocery stores, REPORT IT. This has the potential to be an American chestnut level American food wat disruption.“
