In just a couple weeks I’ll be back in my happy place!

Drinking fresh juice and eating all my favorite tropical fruits every morning while looking at the ocean 🏖

I am so grateful for this life. I’m so grateful that I had three auto immune diseases and a crazy sad infertility road.

I am so grateful I learned about the power of nutrition and regenerative health.

I am so grateful I said yes to healing myself.

I am so grateful that I’ve been able to help thousands of people around the world regenerate their bodies and live vibrantly!

AND…I’m extremely excited to be going off grid to build out my first official course to certified people as regenerative health practitioners!

Institute of Regenerative Health is in the making… !! Did I mention we are approved to be a School and we SOLD OUT the first course in 48 hours! (Enrollment for round two is coming…)
