Every Terralume team member is trained through Ebenezer’s nationally recognized Dimensions® Memory Care Program and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner® CDP®. This training and expertise empowers our staff to meet each resident’s unique needs with patience, respect, and skill, ensuring that every interaction reflects truly personalized support. Residents enjoy personalized programming in art, music, and wellness—developed in partnership with organizations like MacPhail Center for Music and TimeSlips®. Families are welcomed as true partners through visits, events, and ongoing communication. Conveniently located off Wayzata Boulevard in Minnetonka, we serve
families in the west metro and across the Twin Cities.
