Ricky’s starting checklist:
🥩 Goal weight in pounds = daily grams of protein.
💧 Goal weight in pounds = daily ounces of water.
👟 Aim for 10,000 steps a day.
🏋️ Lift 4 days a week. Work toward a little more weight, another rep, or better control over time.
